At Firbeck Trophies & Engraving we deliver UK wide. We use a variety of transport options depending on where your order is travelling to. If you place an order through our website and the freight charges will not cover getting your order to it’s destination in the required time, we will contact you to discuss alternative freight charges/options.
We do our best to make sure that your order is well protected for it’s journey, however, we are not in control of how it is handled once it leaves our store. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please get in touch so that we can organise a replacement/find a resolution with you on 01909 731119 or sales@firbecktrophies.co.uk.
In-Store Pick Up
Our store is open 9.30am - 4.00pm on Monday to Wednesday, 9.30am - 3.30pm on Friday and 9.30am - 12.00pm on Saturday but closed on Thursday and Sunday/Bank Holidays at Unit 3, Grosvenor Road (Rear of Doncaster Road) Langold, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S81 9QH
